Refund policy

My Quiet Achiever does not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We will provide a refund or exchange for faulty items, damaged goods in transit, and incorrect items received only.

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or you have received the incorrect item, please contact myquietachiever@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your proof of purchase and a photo of the issue.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We will assess the claim and, if confirmed, arrange a refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Return shipping costs for confirmed faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be covered by My Quiet Achiever.
